What should Araneo change strategically?
Lowering the cost of installation is likely the best way to attract customers, until a time when Araneo is recognized in the marketplace as providing a product worth paying 3x the cost of a JetStream install to acquire. At some point in the future providing finance for customers to cover higher install costs would give us a distinct advantage over alternative fibre (CityLink & Vector) and Telco based offerings.
Providing both more and less expensive (per month) products is a way of expanding the market beyond physical geography. We have recently announced a wide range of transit products to our Service Provider Partners, and await the integration of these products into their offerings.
Partnering with more service providers will expand our access to customers and our visibility in the market place. Clear agreements with these service providers about co-promotion will also help in this regard.
