Our best customers are ISP / ASP organizations who have high-end products to sell. They bundle value-added services on top of our wholesale connection and deliver an integrated solution to the end user. Our best customers have multiple links from us and are proactive when it comes to both service and finance. Several ISPs have attempted to drive our pricing down in the hopes of selling lower-end products. We need to strive towards servicing those interested in selling high-end products and consider scaling back relationships with those who would try to break our business model.
